All reservations are non-refundable.* If you choose to cancel your AveloFlex reservation, you will receive an Avelo Travel Fund for your entire reservation amount, less the AveloFlex fee.

*Unless canceled within 24 hours of purchase and at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled departure, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. In these cases, amount refunded will be inclusive of the AveloFlex fee.

AveloFlex was available for reservations booked on/after 3/6/25 9pm CT. For reservations booked prior to 3/6/25 9pm CT, flights may be changed or canceled up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure without penalty or fee.

No, AveloFlex must be purchased for all travelers and all flights on the reservation.

No, AveloFlex can only be purchased during your initial booking.

No, additional travelers cannot be added to existing AveloFlex reservations.

AveloFlex can be used once per flight. After AveloFlex has been used, any additional changes or cancellations will be subject to change and cancel fees.

No, if you change your flight, you will be responsible for the difference in airfare and changes in optional services.

You can change or cancel your flight up until 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Change and cancel fees are determined based on the table below. Fees only apply to flights without AveloFlex or on those where AveloFlex has already been used.

Note: If the departing and returning flights fall into different “days from departure” ranges, each flight will be subject to its respective fee.
